Can't decide between a mountable thermal scope or a handheld thermal monocular? The Burris Thermal Clip-On is the perfect option. It can be used as either a thermal handheld or mount it on of your existing riflescope using an simple attachment to quickly create a thermal scope that uses your existing riflescope's magnification to focus on your target.
The Burris Thermal Clip-On mounts to your existing riflescope using one of three possible adapters (adapters sold separately). The thermal imager is powered by two (2) CR123 batteries for roughly 3 hours of battery life or you can connect it to an external power source using the included USB power cable for unlimited battery life. Both contrast and brightness are adjustable. The Thermal Clip-On is available in either the 35mm objective model (#300621) or the 50mm objective model (#300620).
Switch between the 4 pseudo-color modes of white hot, black hot, red hot, and green hot:- White hot - Objects at relatively high temperature are displayed as white or light grey.
- Black hot - Objects at relatively high temperature are displayed as black or dark grey.
- Red hot - Objects at relatively high temperature are displayed as red.
- Green hot - Displayed as a night vision image.
