If you have return inquires more than 30 days after receipt, please contact the manufacturer directly for possible repair or replacement.
Please be aware that all returns are subject to ScopeMonster's Return Conditions, which are the following; Items must be returned in NEW condition (i.e., not used, broken or worn), in the original manufacturer's packaging and with all original contents included. The item must be resalable in order to receive full refund.
Please note that manufacturer's items not returned in their original packaging do incur a 15% restocking fee.
If an item is not functioning properly, please contact the manufacture directly for a repair or return. ScopeMonster.com does not offer repairs or replacements for manufacture malfunctions. All exchanges and returns require the completion of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To get an RMA, simply contact us via email.
